O ensino médio passará por mudanças a partir de 2022, elas vão acontecer de forma gradual, sendo que no primeiro momento focará na formação do aluno e no desenvolvimento de competências e habilidades.
O Novo Ensino Médio teve suas regras mudadas através da Lei n° 13.415/2017 que alterou a Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional, ampliando o tempo que o aluno ficará na escola, que antes era de 800 horas para 1.000 horas anuais até 2022 e tornando mais flexível a organização curricular, que contemple uma Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC). Criando uma forma para que o estudante possa ter diversas possibilidades na hora de suas escolhas.
As disciplinas ficarão integradas em quatro áreas do conhecimento que permitirá o estudante escolher itinerários formativos de acordo com os seus interesses e o que planeja para ter uma carreira.
As mudanças vão ocorrer numa etapa escolar no 1°, 2° e 3°, obrigando as escolas públicas e particulares a se adaptarem à nova realidade, implementando diretrizes curriculares nacionais. Esta adaptação já vem acontecendo de forma gradual desde 2018.
O desafio para as instituições de ensino estará na nova carga horária que passará a ser de 1.800 horas. Desta forma o aluno estará mais tempo na escola.
Nas 4 áreas do conhecimento, o aluno terá acesso: Matemáticas e suas Tecnologias; Linguagens e suas Tecnologias; Ciências da Natureza e suas Tecnologias; Ciências Humanas e Sociais Aplicadas; E, no mínimo, 1.200 horas são flexíveis e ficarão reservados para a Formação Técnica e Profissional.
O Novo Ensino Médio entrará em vigor em 2022 para os alunos do 1° ano e até 2024 estará em todas as turmas do país. Sendo assim a carga horária total ao longo dos três anos passará de 2.400 horas para 3.000 horas. Sendo que das 3.000 horas, 1.800 horas serão destinadas para as disciplinas que já são obrigatórias da base Nacional Comum Curricular e 1.200 horas para os itinerários formativos.
Ficou determinado que cada escola terá que oferecer pelo menos uma opção complementar a formação dos alunos, sendo elas:
Linguagens e suas Tecnologias
Matemática e suas Tecnologias
Ciências da Natureza e suas Tecnologias ciências
Humanas e sociais aplicadas
Formação técnica e profissional
Os professores precisarão se adaptar à nova realidade
O novo modelo de ensino vai obrigar os professores (as) a planejar e realizar as aulas de maneira integrada entre as diferentes áreas de:
Conhecimento
disciplinas.
Para o itinerário de Formação Profissional e Técnica, é permitida a atuação de profissionais com notório saber, reconhecidos pelos respectivos sistemas de ensino para ministrar conteúdos relacionados a sua experiência profissional.
Quando entra em vigor o Novo Ensino Médio?
Neste ano acontece a aprovação e homologação dos referenciais curriculares pelos respectivos Conselhos de Educação e formações continuadas destinadas aos profissionais da educação;
Em 2022 a implementação dos referenciais curriculares no 1º ano do ensino médio;
Em 2023 a implementação dos referenciais curriculares nos 1º e 2º anos;
Em 2024 a implementação dos referenciais curriculares em todos os anos do ensino médio;
E nos anos de 2022 a 2024 a monitoramento da implementação dos referenciais curriculares e da formação continuada aos profissionais da educação.
