A Polícia Civil prendeu nessa quinta-feira, 26, três homens suspeitos de envolvimento na morte de um homem identificado como Thalysson Davi.
Os restos mortais dele foram localizados ontem na praia do Viral, na Zona de Expansão de Aracaju.
Foram presos Newton Carlos Fábio da Silva, que é dono de um provedor de internet, Daniel Santos de Jesus e Filipe Conceição Vieira.
De acordo com a polícia, Thalysson Davi furtava cabos da empresa de Newton e essa teria sido a motivação do crime.
De acordo com o delegado Sérgio Ricardo, o desaparecimento foi comunicado pelo pai da vítima na Central de Flagrantes. O caso foi encaminhado para a 8ª DM, que iniciou as investigações.
“Começamos a investigação no dia 11, requisitamos as câmeras da avenida Brasil, no bairro América, e pelas imagens identificamos o veículo dos autores e toda a cena em que os três suspeitos agarram a vítima à força e a levam”, detalhou.

O delegado explicou que após a análise das imagens e das diligências feitas pela equipe da unidade policial foi descoberta a motivação do crime, relacionada ao furto de cabos da empresa de Newton Carlos. “Fizemos várias diligências e descobrimos a motivação do crime e que a vítima furtava fiação de internet, sendo procurada pelos autores. Eles acharam, espancaram e levaram para o Viral, onde agrediram até a morte”, revelou.
Em depoimento, os suspeitos alegaram que foram em busca da vítima para que fosse reconhecida como o autor dos furtos. Após isso, os investigados contaram que chegaram a ir até as imediações da Universidade Federal de Sergipe (UFS), em São Cristóvão, mas, que mudaram de direção em decorrência da movimentação de pessoas. Os suspeitos disseram que seguiram para o Viral, no Mosqueiro, em Aracaju, onde houve mais agressões, com chutes e pedaços de madeira, culminando na morte.
