Bomba de combustível é interditada durante fiscalização em Estância

Nesta quinta-feira (5), uma operação deflagrada nos postos de gasolina do município de Estância , resultou na interdição de uma bomba de combustível. A ação está sendo realizada pelo Ministério Público de Sergipe (MPSE), com o apoio do Instituto Tecnológico e de Pesquisa do Estado de Sergipe.

Até o momento, já foram verificados dois estabelecimentos. No primeiro, foi possível constatar irregularidade no bico de uma bomba,semelhante ao problema em um posto da Aracaju . Já no outro, nenhum problema foi identificado.

Ao total, serão fiscalizados quatro estabelecimentos durante o dia. O objetivo é analisar a qualidade e eventuais fraudes volumétricas da substância.

A ação também envolve a Secretaria de Estado da Segurança Pública, da Delegacia do Consumidor, do ITPS, da Secretaria de Estado da Fazenda (Sefaz), dos Procons de Sergipe e de Estância, e da Agência Nacional de Petróleo, Gás Natural e Biocombustíveis (ANP).
