Suspeito de estuprar neta e sobrinha é preso em Aracaju

 

Homem já havia sido condenado por abusar de irmão, filha e outras duas sobrinhas.

Um homem reincidente criminal, de 49 anos, suspeito de estuprar a própria neta e uma sobrinha foi preso preventivamente em Aracaju. A informação foi divulgada pela Secretaria de Segurança Pública na manhã desta segunda-feira (9).

Segundo o delegado Ronaldo Marinho, o homem já havia sido detido e condenado há 20 anos de prisão pela prática do mesmo crime contra irmão, filha e outras duas sobrinhas. Todas as vítimas tinham entre 6 e 15 anos de idade.

Ele recebeu progressão ao regime aberto após sete anos na unidade prisional, sendo novamente acolhido pela família. A filha dele, que também tinha sido abusada quando criança, ajudou a denunciá-lo.

“Nós iniciamos a investigação e foi constatado também que, no passado, ele abusou sexualmente de uma outra sobrinha. [Ela] nunca tinha denunciado e nos relatou com detalhes a forma que ele praticava os crimes”, disse.

O investigado será encaminhado para unidade prisional.
